1. The biggest surprise for me was the difference between administrative culture and entrepreneurial culture. The more and more I read about it, the more I realized how different these concepts actually are. On the surface, they might sound similar, but underneath it there is plenty they vary in.
2. Not that I found it confusing, but I would like more information on the strategy matrix, especially since it seems like a continuation of last week's reading.
3. One question: How did you collect the data for the typical venture's life cycle? In other words, could you give percentages of when they succeed, fail, decline or innovate?
4. Once again, I don't disagree with what the author wrote.
